Federal Way. We worked with the economic development department in Federal Way, Washington, to create a marketing and media strategy to position the city as a smart and economical choice for businesses looking to relocate. Our campaign theme — Federal Way: For Businesses on the Move — was successfully pitched to local business reporters, and we wrote ads and direct-mail materials targeted to key business sectors.

Our team also developed a communication strategy for the new Federal Way Community Center, which was not meeting financial goals. We undertook a communication audit, identified critical audiences, created a logo and tagline, and developed a strategic plan with recommended tactics and a realistic budget. We also helped anchor the city's tourism program with a marketing plan, media promotion, special events and collateral, as well as a new logo and graphic standards for Federal Way Television.
